Our activities are designed to help you discover your interests, learn new things, share with others, and enjoy your free time in a meaningful way.

Our leisure programs include activities at our venue, outings, trips, and activities within mainstream community resources, as well as sports and other experiences built around your interests and those of the group.

We learn about digital skills and how to apply them in everyday life.
BAKING AND COOKING
A space where we prepare both sweet and savory dishes to enjoy throughout the week.
KEY PIECE SPACE
A creative space where we work on different puzzles.
BRAIN TEASERS / MONEY MANAGEMENT
We practice mental calculations and logical thinking, as well as activities to improve money management and handling change.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE COURSE
How does an AI chat such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or others work? What can they do for you and how can they help in your daily life? In this easy and fun workshop, we learn how to use them and make the most of their potential.
Weekend Activities
OPEN SATURDAY / SUNDAY
Once a month, we open the doors of the Ateneu so that participant members can truly make it their own. No limits!
CASINET SATURDAY
One Saturday afternoon each month, we host a bingo session at Ateneu Divers, where you can play with all members and support companions.
DISCO SATURDAY
One Saturday afternoon, Ateneu Divers turns into a real party—come dance and enjoy!
MARKETS AND LOCAL FOOD SPOTS
On a weekend morning, we explore markets, fairs, or iconic cafés and bars in Barcelona.
COMMUNITY FESTIVITIES
We take part in community celebrations: local festivals, paella gatherings, calçotades… we never miss one!
SATURDAY / SUNDAY CINEMA
Film screening followed by a shared discussion. Movie and popcorn lovers, we’re waiting for you!
Workshops and Courses
THEATRE
In this space, you will work on different theatrical aspects such as body language, voice intonation and modulation, and text interpretation.
COACHING HOUSEHOLD FINANCE COACHING
A workshop designed to strengthen your household financial skills: managing your income and expenses, understanding the basic concepts of personal budgeting, recognizing the value of money, and reflecting on how to use it wisely.
CULINARY SPACE
A space where we explore our cooking skills through both sweet and savory creations.
CHOIR
No true Ateneu would be complete without its own Choir!
GET ACTIVE PROJECT
This project is designed for people who want to engage in regular physical activity at a municipal sports center but need an extra boost to build personal confidence and learn the routines.
SPECIAL EVENTS
These are the most celebrated events of the year, such as Carnival, Sant Jordi (World Book Day), the Saint John’s Eve festival, the Chestnut Festival, and New Year’s Eve.
They are special moments to share, build community, and experience the Ateneu in an even more festive and exciting way.
TRIPS
At Ateneu Divers, we don’t only run activities throughout the year—we also love traveling together! During Easter, summer, and the Constitution Day long weekend, we organize outings and trips to explore new environments, share meaningful moments, and continue building community beyond our usual setting.
