Equip i Comunitat de l’Ateneu Divers
Ateneu Divers is made up of professional Support Companions, who do not direct but accompany walking alongside our participant members and volunteers who help strengthen the community.
We are organized into committees and make decisions through an assembly-based approach, fostering a horizontal structure in which every voice is heard and the diversity of perspectives becomes a collective strength.
This way of working, grounded in trust, shared responsibility, and mutual respect, is what makes Ateneu Divers a vibrant, inclusive space with a genuine capacity for social transformation.
